This site, pruittapproved.com, is run by Matt Pruitt, NMLS 846749, under the name Pruitt Approved. Loans are through True North Home Loans, a division of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, NMLS 1850. This page covers what happens to the information you send me here.

What I collect

When you fill out a form, I get what you type: your name, phone number, email, and anything you tell me about your situation. I also see basic site traffic numbers, like which pages get visits. I don't run ad trackers on this site.

How I use it

I use your information to look at your situation, reach out to you about your loan inquiry, and keep a record of our conversation. If you check the box that says it's OK to text and email you, I may send you texts and emails about your loan inquiry. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.

Who I share it with

I share your information only as needed to work on your loan. That means my team at True North Home Loans, and the service providers that run my email, forms, phone, and records, who are not allowed to use it for anything else. I share it when the law requires it.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

I don't sell your personal information.

Credit

Sending a form here doesn't pull your credit. If we move ahead, I always start with a soft pull, and I'll ask before anything else happens.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as I need it to work with you and as long as mortgage record rules require.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have, ask me to fix it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email [email protected] or call 817-873-6288.
