Do you actually live in Aledo?

Yes. I live in Aledo and my office is at 1800 W Bowie St, Suite 200F, Fort Worth, TX 76110. Meeting up is easy, and the drive between the two is one I make anyway.

Can you do a loan on a house with acreage?

Worth a call. Acreage loans depend on the land, the house, and what else is on the property. Tell me the acres, the water and septic situation, and any barns or shops, and I'll tell you what fits.

I'm buying new construction. Do I have to use the builder's lender?

You're allowed to shop. The builder may offer an incentive to use their lender, so bring me those numbers and we'll put them side by side with mine. Then you pick.

Do you only work in Aledo?

No. I work across Dallas-Fort Worth. Aledo is where I live, so I'm happy when the deal is close to home.
